Say Queso began with a simple idea and a meaningful purpose. As a stay-at-home mom raising four boys in a single-income household, I wanted to teach my sons the value of hard work, responsibility, and earning something they could be proud of. I dreamed of creating a business that would not only provide opportunities for our family but also prepare them for life by instilling confidence, independence, and a strong work ethic.

A VISION WE STARTED TOGETHER

That simple idea grew into something

even more meaningful when my mother

decided to join me as she approached

retirement. Together, we began building

Say Queso, sharing a dream of creating joy,

celebrating life's special moments, and

building something our family could be proud of.

Our journey took an unexpected turn when my mother was diagnosed with cancer in 2021. Although she passed away in 2022, her love, resilience, and encouragement remain the foundation of Say Queso, reminding us every day why creating meaningful memories matters.

Today, every smile we capture and every memory we help create is a tribute to the legacy she helped begin.

ROOTED IN COMMMUNITY

Our commitment extends beyond the events themselves. We proudly partner with organizations such as Make-A-Wish, Health Corps, the Chula Vista PTA Council, local schools, churches, and nonprofits while also creating employment opportunities for local high school and college students. We believe everyone deserves a first opportunity, and we're proud to help young people gain confidence, valuable work experience, and a chance to earn their own income.
